i)Www.zizo.gr is a Greek family business with the object of selling STOCK , previous season home clothes (homewear), underwear and sportswear. With many years of presence in the field of trade since 1986, our primary goal for the satisfaction of our customers remains the same. In recent years we are constantly adding to our collection sustainable ecological products with the aim of one day consisting entirely of them so as to deliver to our children a better world than the one we received.

All terms and conditions described below apply when using the e-shop while browsing our site zizo.gr, and comply with the Greek and European legislation and their purpose is to protect the customers’ rights and the safety of transactions. We remind you that by accessing our site and using our services you indicate your agreement to unconditionally and irrevocably abide by them. To this end please read the Terms of use, Cookies Policy and Privacy Policy before you access and use this website.  If you do not accept these conditions, please refrain from accessing the contents and using the services offered on our website. Those terms are subject to modifications so please visit the website on a regular basis so as to check if modifications or changes have been implemented.

Access to zizo.gr is allowed for the duration of its operation. However the company reserves the right to withdraw or interrupt the provision of services at any time without any prior notice.

The contents of this page (such as graphics, illustrations, texts, photographs/pictures and software) are intellectual property of the company and governed by Greek, European and international law.

Logos, brand names and trademarks included in this website is property of zizo.gr and/or the parties which are identified in the website as owners of the respective rights; such rights being subject to the protection of the applicable copyright legislation.

Third party copyrights included in the website have been used with good faith and for educational purposes only they shall be removed upon the respective ower’s request.

B. PRODUCT INFORMATION-SERVICES- RESPONSIBILITY

Through zizo.gr we showcase, promote and sell the products of our suppliers.

Through the website http://www.zizo.gr consumers can be informed about the characteristics of those products, their final price (including VAT), possible sales and offers,  additional charges -if any-, possible extra shipping charges, payment options, delivery and order follow up, commercial guarantees and any return costs that the customer may be charged with. Customers may choose through the e-shop of our company the product or products they desire to buy and have them delivered after payment has been received in any of the ways detailed below. The ordered items may also be picked up at our ‘brick and mortar’ shop. If any customer is found to repeatedly refuse acceptance of ordered products, the company reserves the right to deny the delivery of online ordered products. In the case of refusal of acceptance of ordered goods either through the customer’s actions or inactions, the company reserves the right to take any legal steps in order to claim compensation for any damages procured because of the particular order made via phone or online.

At certain times, there may be possible offers and sales only for specific products and online purchases through our site http://www.zizo.gr. We use our best efforts to process and complete all the orders received and to ensure availability of products. We acknowledge, however, that extraneous situations may occur, where upon we may not be able to process and complete an order for example, if the product is ultimately unavailable or not available by the time mentioned in our website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product and remove or modify any content of this website at any time. We will not held responsible for the withdrawal of any product from our website, the removal or editing of the materials or any content in our website or for refusing to process or accept an order even if order verification has been sent to you.

Our company will not be held liable for delays in shipping an order which are caused by external factors (such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, terrorist acts or war) or by any actions or omission of actions of any persons not affiliated with the company. If the delay in the above cases exceeds 2 months, the contractual obligations may be terminated by either party without any compensation.

The company cannot be held liable for any errors in characteristics, photographs and product prices on the site https://www.zizo.gr and cannot safeguard against any possible errors occurring during the typing or updating of the characteristics and/or the prices of the products.

The Company is using protocol SSL with 128-bit encryption for safe online commercial transactions, so as the personal details of the users may not be read or amended during their transfer into the web.

The legal representatives, employees, affiliates and members of the company cannot be held responsible for any actions of any third party using the company’s site.

The website of our company uses SSL protocol with 128-bit encryption to secure online transactions so as to protect the users’ personal data from unauthorized access.

Our company uses every possible effort to provide high-quality services, however, we cannot be held liable for any interruptions or errors which may possibly occur.

The prices of our products apply only for online purchases from zizo.gr of DIMITRIOS BILALIS company and there may be a deduction of up to -20%. The photographs of the products are supplied by the manufacturers of the products, however, they are only indicative and there may be colour variations l due to the colour and resolution on the users’ monitor.

C. ORDER REQUESTS – SHIPPING OPTIONS - DELIVERY

1. After selecting the item you wish, you add it to your basket and you follow the steps to complete the order. Upon your first order you register as a user in marthashop.gr by filling in the relevant form. Any personal data, you have provided, is collected and processed by our company only after you have provided us with your full consent upon the completion of the order form. Our company protects all relevant data following a strict privacy policy which is detailed below.

2. After sending your order request you will receive an automated message, which contains the information of your order request, at the email address you have provided.

3. Shipping

Greece:

Deliveries are made through ELTA (Greek Post Office) Courier on weekdays from 9.00am to 17.00pm

If you wish to receive your order on a Saturday, there is an additional 2.5€ charge. No deliveries are made by our company on Sundays, national and bank holidays.

Delivery on a Saturday, is not available for orders to a Greek Island made on Wednesday after 12pm, and for mainland Greece made on Thursday after 7pm.

If you opt for COD, there is an additional 2.5€ charge.

Shipping cost

For orders over 50€ (VAT included) shipping is free. For orders below 50€ (VAT included), the shipping cost is 3.99€.

If you wish to use an alternative courier or way of delivery -other than the above mentioned- please contact us and if it can be arranged you will be informed of and charged with the shipping cost.

Delivery time

Your products will be delivered within 3 work days. The delivery time may differ in areas that the courier considers difficult to access. Delivery time may also differ depending on the location and the day of the order.

zizo.gr cannot be held responsible for any delay due to force majeure (in Greek ανωτέρα βια). For orders to be paid through bank deposit, delivery will commence only after verification of the deposit.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International shipping costs depend on place of delivery and you will be notified and delivery will be pending on your approval.

ATTENTION: Please be advised that delivery workdays are to be calculated starting on the day of the placement of the order.

CREDIT CARD

Payment via credit card or prepaid card is processed through the site of EuroBank. Payment information is completely secured by Eurobank. All the information entered to make your purchase is in conformity with GDPR and will be treated in full accordance with zizo.gr does not store any of your personal details. 

 

CASH ON DELIVERY 

There is an extra charge of 2.5€ for cash on delivery. There is also another 2.5€ if you prefer for the delivery on a Saturday.

The maximum COD amount is 150€. For orders over 150€ a 50% down payment via bank deposit is required.

You can make a deposit in one of the following bank accounts. Your order will be shipped only after your deposit is verified.

On your transfer slip, your full name and the order number must be clearly printed. A copy of the deposit slip must be emailed to info@zizo.gr or to our VIBER/WHAT'S APP ACCOUNT : 6947501267

The name and surname stated on the deposit slip must correspond to the name stated on the order form during its placement. The delivery will not take place until your deposit has been verified by the bank so a short delay may be possible.


ATTENTION: If we haven't received your payment within 3 working days, your order will be cancelled and you will receive an email verification. The execution and postage of the order depends on the date that we clarify your payment.

Ε. WITHRAWALS- RETURNS-CANCELLATIONS

1.Withdrawal  

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days form the date of the delivery of the products to you without any reason.For the exercise of your right to withdraw the product that is being  returned must be accompanied by the return form “withdrawal statement” which is available in our website fully fulfilled  exclusively within the 14 day time period. The customer will bear the costs of the return of the product.  Our company will refund all payments received from you, except the shipping costs and Cash on Delivery fees, if applicable.

Note that to cancel your order the products must be in the packaging in which they arrived, complete with all accessories, labels and tax invoice/receipt. They must be in an excellent condition exactly as you received them.

In the case of returned products, such products must not have been used, their packaging not have been opened, any labels not having been removed and they must be in the excellent condition exactly as you received them along with tax invoice/receipt. The products returned must not have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and they need to be accompanied by their identification label and any label of the designed it their original form.

2. Product returns- Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your product, after contacting us at info@zizo.gr or at 2221312074, within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product. After this period of time returns are not accepted.

You can return the products you wish after paying the shipping costs to our company. We will ship the exchanged products within eight (8) calendar days from receipt by our company of your returned products, paying their shipping cost. Note that our company will ship the exchange products only after we have ensured that the products meet the return conditions described above.

In the case of returned products, such products must not have been used, their packaging not have been opened, any labels not having been removed and they must be in the excellent condition exactly as you received them along with tax invoice/receipt. The products returned must not have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and they need to be accompanied by their identification label and any label of the designed it their original form.


FOR HYGIENE AND HEALTH PROTOCOLS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IN ALL PRODUCT CATEGORIES ( UNDERWEAR ,SLIP,BRIEFS, SOCKS AND TIGHTS).

UNDER (article 3(IB) par. 2 of the Constitution) 2251/1994 

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

The products that you wish to purchase and receive in replacement of the returned products may be of equal or higher value that the products that are being returned.

3. Defective products

Defective are the products which have sustained damage during shipping or present a manufacturing defect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In some instances it may not be possible to offer you a replacement if the product is out of stock or discontinued therefore the defective product will have to be replaced with another of the same price. In case of exchange, a replacement product will be sent to you within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the returned product.

Note that the company reserves the right to send a product to the manufacturer for an inspection in case of controversial claims. The customer will be kept fully informed throughout this procedure. Our company will repair a defective product whenever possible.

In the case of a defective product, our company is charged with the cost of both the return and the shipping of the new product. Should the customer wish to exchange the defective product with one which exceeds the price of the original order, the customer must cover the difference.

If you do not wish the replacement of a defective product, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the returned product. Contact us on 2221312074 or via email at info@zizo.gr .

4. Refund Policy

a) For safety reasons in order the beneficiery / co-beneficiary to receive the refund, must be the same individual as the one on the original (first) invoice/receipt with all the necessary information.

b) In case of payment via PayPal: the returned amounts should be credited to the PayPal account held by the Customer and should be  appear immediately to beneficiery's account. 

The company is considered to have validly fulfilled its obligations and the cancellation of any charge will be made based on the terms of the contract that connects the customer with the third party (Bank, etc.). The company does not bear any responsibility for time of return or reimbursement of any relevant charges, no liability for the charges imposed by the competent banking or other authorities to customers for the use of their services and products (of the institutions) and no liability for the restrictions and the current restrictive provisions issued and imposed by any Acts of the Administration regarding the movement of funds.

It is expressly agreed, and the customer irrevocably authorizes and consents hereto, that zizo.gr  may deduct from the refund any return fees payable by the customer, any compensation in case of damage or compensation of the product value in case of a worn or damaged product caused by the customer’s actions, and any restorage costs which shall be deducted from all refunds or refunds of gifts that accompanied the products sold and were not returned with them. The company in any case is entitled to claim in any legal way any amount that was suffered damages way (for example, either return fees or due to worn or damaged products).

4. International & Cyprus Returns

A. The right to cancelation is subject to the conditions mentioned above as far as International  & Cyprus returns are concerned.

B. International returns or exchanges, defective product replacement and refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned above, with the following exceptions:

i. Should you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at info@zizo.gr or at (0030)2221312074. You have the right return the product within 20 calendar days of delivery. Note that you are charged with the shipping cost of the return and the shipping of the exchanged product.

ii. The customer is charged with any possible shipping, bank or other cost that may occur.

5. Order Cancelling Procedure


It is possible to cancel your order under the following conditions:

1. Prior to postage/receiving of the product - Cancelling is possible by sending an email to iinfo@zizo.gr or by phone call at (+30)22213 12074.

2. After receiving the item - You can exert your right to withdrawal within 14 calendar days by the initial purchase.
